Whole Wheat Pancakes
2 c. whole-wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1. Stir together the dry ingredients.
2. Add eggs, milk, and oil.
3. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened (batter may be lumpy).
4. Cook on a preheated pan until bubbles form and edges start to dry.
5. Flip and cook until light browned.
6. Serve with fruit, honey or syrup.
