Whole Wheat Banana Bread
1 banana, mashed
¼ c. oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. milk
¼ c. sugar
½ c. white flour
½ c. whole wheat flour
½ tsp. baking soda
¼. tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. salt
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Grease a loaf pan.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the banana, oil, egg, vanilla, and milk.
4. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, flours, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
5. Carefully mix together the liquid and dry ingredients. Be careful not to over mix.
6. Pour into pan.
7. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
