Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients:
Sauce:
½ cup broth (vegetable)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat wok or frying pan on medium high heat for 3 -4 minutes
2.Add 1-tablespoon oil to pan, heat for 1 – 2 minutes.
3.Add half of the sliced onions. Stir for 1 minute.
4. Stir fry the vegetables that need the longest cooking time for approximately 2 minutes. Add the remaining vegetables and cook to crisp tender.
5. Measure all the sauce ingredients and place in a liquid measuring cup.
6. Move the vegetables to the sides of the pan and pour the sauce into the center of the pan.
7. Let the sauce boil and thicken for a minute
8. Stir ingredients together to coat with sauce. Make sure all is heated through.
