Smoothies
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana, sliced
1 ½ cups low fat or soy milk
2 c. frozen strawberries
2 Tbsp. honey
Directions:
1. Slice the banana
2. Measure the milk
3. Measure frozen strawberries
4. Measure honey
5. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend
until smooth, Serve immediately.
