Oven Pancake
2 eggs
½ c. milk
½ tsp. vanilla
½ c. flour
2 tbsp. margarine
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. Combine the eggs, milk, and vanilla. Stir in the flour. The batter will be lumpy.
3. Melt margarine in microwave and pour into pie pan. Carefully rotate the pan to spread the margarine.
4. Pour batter into pan.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with maple syrup, if desired.
Note: Pancake will puff up and fall shortly after removing from oven!
