Baked Ziti
8 oz. ziti pasta
1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated or sliced
1 - 11/2 c. sauce
Parmesan cheese
1/4 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated or sliced

- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Carefully stir in the pasta. Boil for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place a colander in the sink.
- Slice or grate the cheese. Measure the sauce.
- When the pasta is done, carefully pour into the colander. Drain and rinse.
- Pour a small amount of sauce on the bottom of an 8 in. pan. Spread with a spoon.
- Layer pasta, sauce, cheese, about 3 times, ending with cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
- Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
